YO GABBA GABBA SEASON 2 WRAP PARTY

This was such a fun night. I am so glad we were able to attend because my kids had the time of their lives. Now that YGG is done filming they threw a totally awesome party as a thanks for the cast and crew.

Yes...There was a petting zoo and Pony rides for the kids. Baskin Robbins icecream cones, 5 food stations, bounce houses, TV lounge to watch new episodes and more!

I was so proud of Porter that he wasn't scared to ride on the ponies! He seemed to be pretty proud of himself too! He kept saying "I'm a cowboy, mommy!"

My crazy Brother Scott that Directs and writes the show! He is so awesome and we just love him for creating our kids favorite show that teaches them fun lessons they can sing and dance to! Don't forget to watch the season 2 premiere monday morning 9/22 at 11:30 on Nick Jr. My nephew Rocky will be on it tuesday and he did such an awesome job! Its a pretty cool episode too about talents and skills!

Preschool for Eliza

Being in California we had to make the decision whether or not to put Eliza in kindergarten this year. After much thought we decided we wanted to keep her young and innocent for just one more year! She is so excited to be in the same preschool as her two cousins June and Ollie. Plus, they have extended days on Tuesday and Thursday where she takes her lunch and gets to stay until 2:15. It is so nice for me and Porter to have some one on one time! This is the same preschool my mom put us in when we were kids during the summer. Pretty crazy that we are back here living in Brea!...and loving it!

Angels Game

We were given some Angels Baseball tickets from my good friend Kim. So for family night the four of us went and had such a blast. Porter is still talking about it and loves to use anything that resembles a bat and try to hit a ball with it.

California knows how to party

We have done so many fun things this summer living in California! We finally broke down and bought resident year passes to Disneyland. We took the kids last week and both of them were loving it. Porter was so excited because he hadn't been since he was 8 months old and LOVES Mickey Mouse! Matt had the day off from school so it was fun to get to go all together! Porter was a little hesitant at first about meeting the characters and then he quickly got over it and loved giving them hugs, kisses and high fives. Eliza picked out a autograph book and pen and bought them with the money Grandpa Schultz gave her before we left. She had such a fun time getting autographs and looked so big doing it!

We had such a fun day Porter sure was tuckered out by the end. We're excited to now be able to go whenever we like and make the best out of our time here!

Santa Barbara

A couple of weeks ago we went up to stay the weekend with my sister and brother in law, Nan and Myles. We had a really fun time as usual. On Saturday we drove to Santa Barbara and had such a great time! The kids loved riding the Carousel, eating Shaved ice, and playing in the fountain!
